Salut, je m’appelle Daniel. Je suis originaire du Royaume-Uni et j’ai déménagé au Québec il y a sept ans. Après avoir travaillé plus de 13 ans comme barman et gérant de bar au Royaume-Uni, au Portugal et au Canada, j’ai décidé qu’il était temps de transformer mon expérience et mon intérêt en mon propre projet.
C’est ainsi que Le Free Spirite est né. Quitter mon emploi et repartir à zéro était un risque, mais dès les premières réservations, il est devenu clair que c’était le bon choix. Jusqu’à maintenant, le parcours a été stimulant, riche et rempli de moments inoubliables et maintenant, nous avons hâte d’apporter la même énergie à votre événement ou à votre journée spéciale.

Hi, my name is Daniel. I’m originally from the United Kingdom and moved to Québec seven years ago. After spending over 13 years working as a bartender and bar manager in the UK, Portugal, and Canada, I decided it was time to turn my experience and enthusiasm into my own venture.
That’s how Le Free Spirite was born. Leaving my job and starting from the ground up was a risk, but from the very first bookings it became clear that it was the right choice. The journey has been exciting, rewarding, and filled with unforgettable moments — and now we look forward to bringing that same energy to your event or special day.
